Terms of Use — FamQuest

Effective date: 2026-06-18

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FamQuest mobile app (“the App”), provided by Volodymyr Zhuk, an individual developer operating under the name “Questy Labs” (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By creating a family you confirm you are the parent/guardian or an authorized adult responsible for the family members you add.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others’ rights;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (quests, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the App for you and your family. You are responsible for the content you upload, including photos of family members.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The App may offer optional paid features via auto-renewing subscriptions (“Premium”) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Prices and plan details are shown in the App before purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volodymyr Zhuk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (https://questylabs.com/famquest/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version here and update the “Effective date”. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
