Delete your FamQuest account

You can permanently delete your FamQuest account and associated personal data at any time. (Apple and Google require apps with account creation to offer this.)

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open FamQuest and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are then scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — By email

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@questylabs.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (email, display name, avatar).
• Quests, checklists, rewards, points, and photo proofs you created.
• Families you own (members are notified where appropriate).

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. transaction/billing records), and anonymized, non-identifying diagnostics. Personal data is otherwise deleted within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store / Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
